By bus:

From Verres train station, take the bus to Saint Jacques. Stops: Challand Saint Victor, Challand Saint Anselme, Brusson, Champoluc.

By car:

From Italy: A5 Turin-Aosta motorway as far as the Verrès exit. Follow the Val d'Ayas Regional Road 45.
From France: through the Mont Blanc tunnel, continue on the A5 Turin-Aosta motorway as far as the Verrès exit. Follow the Val d'Ayas Regional Road 45.
From Switzerland: through the Gran San Bernardo tunnel, direction Aosta. Then A5 Turin-Aosta as far as the Verrès exit. From the Verrès exit, continue along Regional Road 45 of Val d'Ayas.

If you hire a car to come to Ayas in the winter season, remember:

- To have chains and snow tyres on board, they are compulsory!
- To check that the fuel is alpine or arctic, otherwise it could freeze.
- In the event of snowfall, the road is kept constantly clear but frost is always lurking, so remember to drive carefully.
