Dinners at High Altitude - Summer

Discover the mountain and its cuisine

By: Gressoney Monterosa

Food

The Gressoney Valley, located at the foot of Monte Rosa, is a true paradise for mountain and fine dining enthusiasts. Among the many activities that can be done in this area, dinners at high altitudes and in mountain huts are an unforgettable experience.

Immersed in a magical atmosphere, surrounded by the most beautiful peaks of the Alps, you can enjoy the best of typical Aosta Valley cuisine. Local products, such as cheeses, meat, and vegetables, are expertly cooked by the hut cooks, who offer an amazing menu every night.

But it's not just the good food that makes these dinners special: the breathtaking view from the huts' windows is a unique experience that will remain etched in everyone's memory. And for those who want to prolong this magic, it is possible to stay overnight in the refuges and wake up the next morning with a view of the snow-capped mountains.
